Zepterme (hereinafter referred to as „Zepterme“, „we“or „our“) is committed to the protection of personal data that it collects from visitors to the www.zepterme.rs and through social networks.
The aim of this Privacy Policy is to provide you with information about the data we collect from you, the purpose for which we process it, and the legal basis on which we do so. From this Privacy Policy, you can also learn with whom we may share your personal data, how long we retain it, and what rights you have under the Personal Data Protection Act (“Official Gazette of RS,” No. 87/2018), including any subsequent partial or comprehensive amendments or supplements (hereinafter referred to as “Law”).
The types of data we collect
Through the contact form on our website, Zepterme collects the following data about you – your full name; your email address; phone number; the subject of the message you wish to send and the content of your message. All of the above data is provided voluntarily if you wish to contact us. In addition to this data, we also collect data that you choose to share with us through social networks (Facebook and Instagram). Also, when you access our website, we have the ability to see the IP address of your device.
Why we need your data?
The data you enter in the contact form on our website, and that you provide to us through social networks, is used in accordance with the Law to respond to your suggestions and questions. We do this to maintain contact with individuals interested in purchasing our apartments, scheduling meetings, and exchanging information necessary for concluding purchase agreements. The legal basis for processing is taking actions at the request of the data subject before the conclusion of the contract.
With whom we may share your data?
The data you provide to us may be shared with our service providers. We may also transfer the data to the legal successor of Zepterme, as well as to other entities related to the company’s status changes (e.g. a potential buyer of the company). We may make the data available at the request of a court or other state authority, as well as in other cases prescribed by law.
How long we retain your data
We retain your data for as long as necessary to respond to your questions and suggestions, as well as to continue communication with you if necessary for concluding a purchase agreement.

which we collected it, as well as in other cases prescribed by the Law, you have the right
to request the deletion of your data; - Right to restriction of processing – in the event that you contest the accuracy of your
data, as well as in other cases prescribed by the Law, you have the right to request the
restriction of processing of your data. When the processing of data is restricted, we can
only store your data. Any further processing of such data is only permitted based on
your consent, or for the purpose of submitting, exercising, or defending legal claims, or
for the protection of the rights of others, or for the realization of significant public
interests; - Right to complain – if you believe that the processing of your data is unlawful, you have
the right to file a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance
and Personal Data Protection.
Notice of changes
Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be published on www.zepterme.rs and will take effect from the date of publication. Changes will apply to the data we collect from the date of their publication, and not to the data we have collected up to that point. It is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy from time to time and ensure that you are familiar with its changes.
